Since we had conference on Sunday I thought it would be a nice treat to make some scones to eat while watching. I suggested my idea to Brian and he said he'd rather have funnel cakes and I could please make some for him. So me, being the great wife that I am (don't laugh), looked up a recipe on the internet for funnel cakes. After spending an hour laboring to make these funnel cakes and spilling a good amount ALL down the front of me (due to a malfunctioning ziploc bag) we had 6 very large funnel cakes. We each took one and Brian ate half of his and said he was done. So as I was throwing the other 4 funnel cakes away, Brian looked at me and said..."you shoulda made scones." Now I could've said..."I told you so"...but I just smiled and kept my mouth shut!

The funnel cakes look good. Just like a typical husband, can't make up his mind. But, I will give you lots of kudos for making it. I would have smiled and done what I wanted.

I am so impressed. I made breakfast burritos and muffins from a box. It was sort of low key around here. Those do look yummy though.
Way to go Lani. You must be on the I care plan too....
