This last weekend I went to my sister, Anna's, house in Utah. My mom was up visiting and Anna's husband was off hunting. So we played games, ate good food, went to the movies, stayed up way too late and laughed until we cried. It was fun to spend some time with some family even if I could only stay a couple of days.
While I was there my nephew Preston, 9, came up and gave me a hug, patted my belly and told me that I needed to have some kids so he could play with them. I laughed and told him that he was right. Then he proceeded to tell me that if I would just ask for some kids I could get some. I said , "oh really"? He said, "yep all you gotta do is ask". His little sister Allie, 5, chimed in, "you can buy us if you want". I laughed and asked her if I could buy her for $5, as that was all I had in my pocket. Her eyes got big and she said yes. I asked her if she'd like to come live with me in Idaho and she was getting excited. Preston then piped up again and said that if I wanted to buy him it would cost $200! "Two Hundred!", I said. He said, "yep, $200, cause I do all the work". I laughed again and told him sorry but there'd be no deal. We laughed about that conversation all weekend.

If only kids were so cheap--I'd buy a couple more. So cute!
I love the things kids say. Glad you were able to have some "girl" time, wish I could have some. You are blessed to have a good family to spend time with.
Very cute, glad you had a nice weekend with your family.
Love,
Mom
Thanks for the good time Lani! Hopefully we can get together again soon. Are you going to Brian's for Thanksgiving?? I think the Matthews' are coming here and mom and dad are thinking about coming too...
